Global Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

In the context, scope, and purpose of this agreement, the terms “us”, “we”, “agency”, “the company”, or “our”, refers to HeyPixel™ Photography and Photo Booth Rental and their staff, respective assignees, sub-licensees, and successor(s) in title.

The terms “you”, “your”, “your event”, “your company”, “customer”, or “client”, refers to you the customer hiring us, and your guests or event attendees, your respective assignees, sub-licensees, and successor(s) in title.

“Content”, “images”, or “media”, means all visual representations furnished to the Client by HeyPixel™ Photography, whether captured, delivered, or stored in photographic, video, magnetic, optical, or any other media.

By contacting us, booking our services, accessing your account on this website, or sharing your photos from our photo booth, you are explicitly agreeing to the terms of this full legal agreement.

This Terms of Service and Privacy policy is a legal agreement for the use of this website, and does not constitute an agreement to provide services to a client. Terms specific to services are for informational use, however, using this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these terms should you hire HeyPixel™ Photography & Photo Booth Rental

Use of this Website

We provide this website and its functionality as a convenience, as-is, and without warranty. HeyPixel™ Photography is not responsible for any malfunction, limitations, loss of data, or change in service or other loss from the use of this website.

HeyPixel™ Photography retains all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, to the Content and perpetually licenses the content which is provided to the client for non-commercial use. (Unless the context of our relationship is a business-to-business relationship, in which the contract explicitly allows commercial use.) Other than in the context of our service agreement and services we provide, content and media may not be used in any other way without our express written permission.

Except as otherwise provided in this agreement or any other agreement, if any provision contained in this agreement conflicts with any provision in a client service agreement, the provision contained in the client service agreement shall govern and control.

By visiting this website, you agree not to use the offered functionality in a malicious way, including but not limited to, exploiting bugs, forcing access to restricted information or data, purposely causing performance or malfunction, or providing access to unauthorized parties.


Booking must be done at least 48 hours in advance, but it is recommended that you book no later than 14 days before your service needs. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason. We require:

  • a deposit of at least 50% of the total quote, and
  • a signed contract and info sheet about your service to secure the booking.

Quotes and booking dates are not final until a deposit and all paperwork is received from the customer. The remainder of the balance will be due immediately upon the completion of your service, in the form of cash or major credit card. We do not accept checks for any payments.

Terms outlined on the quote or invoice which differ from terms in this Booking section, will be considered amendments to the terms in the Booking section above, and all other terms in this agreement will be considered valid and in force.

Unless the HeyPixel™ Photography agrees otherwise in writing, this Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between the HeyPixel™ Photography and the Agency or Client.

Cancellations & Refunds:

If for any reason you need to reschedule your service, you may request to do so more than 7 days before your service date, for a future date within 30 days of your original booking, and rescheduling your service is subject to our availability. If rescheduling is successful, we will apply your entire deposit to the new booking. Rescheduling within 7 days before your service date will require a non-refundable $50 rescheduling fee. Cancellations must be requested at least 8 days before your date of service. Cancellations within 7 days or less before your date of service will forfeit your entire deposit. Cancellations 8 or more days before your service date will ensure a full refund of your deposit. Refunds will not be given for any reason, of either the deposit or other charges after 7 days before your booking.

Weather cancellation:

Photo booths and other on-location photo services require shelter or good weather. Adverse weather conditions may affect the ability to provide your service. If your photo booth service is outdoors, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is an indoor area for “plan b” where we can relocate. No refunds will be given for weather cancellations on photo booth bookings. Other photography bookings may be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
